1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Vistaraz regarding your use of the platform and its related services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use Vistaraz.

Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

2. About Vistaraz

Vistaraz is an interactive technology platform designed to facilitate communication, chat, guidance, and support-oriented interactions between users and participating supporters or support listener interns.

Vistaraz primarily serves students, learners, and young users seeking accessible guidance, conversation, peer-oriented support, or related platform services.

Vistaraz acts as a technology facilitator and intermediary. The platform does not represent that every supporter, support listener intern, statement, recommendation, response, or interaction will be suitable, accurate, complete, professional, or beneficial for every user.

3. Eligibility & Account Use

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Vistaraz is lawful in your place of residence and complies with these Terms.

• You must provide information that is accurate and not intentionally misleading.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and must not knowingly share them with unauthorized persons.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
• You must not impersonate another person, supporter, support listener intern, organization, or Vistaraz representative.
• Where applicable, users below the age of majority must use the platform only in accordance with applicable law and any required parent or guardian involvement.

4. User & Student Conduct

Vistaraz is intended to provide a respectful and constructive environment. Every student and user is required to treat supporters and support listener interns with utmost respect, courtesy, and politeness.

Users must not engage in conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, intimidating, harassing, or deliberately disrespectful.

Users must not:

• Harass, threaten, insult, or abuse a supporter or intern.
• Use hateful, discriminatory, or degrading language.
• Send sexually explicit or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to pressure, manipulate, or intimidate another participant.
• Repeatedly contact a participant after being asked to stop.
• Attempt to obtain private or personal information from supporters or interns.
• Record, distribute, publish, or misuse private interactions without appropriate authorization or legal basis.
• Use the platform to facilitate unlawful activity.

Violation of these standards may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user's account, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Vistaraz.

5. Supporter & Listener Responsibilities

Supporters and support listener interns participating on Vistaraz are expected to maintain strict professional boundaries during all platform interactions.

• Supporters and interns must communicate respectfully and professionally.
• Their personal life issues, emotional distress, private conflicts, or unrelated personal problems must not interfere with support sessions.
• They must not intentionally create inappropriate emotional, romantic, financial, or personal dependency with users.
• They must not exploit information shared by users for personal benefit.
• They must respect user privacy and confidentiality to the extent required by applicable law and platform policies.
• They must not represent themselves as employees, legal representatives, doctors, psychologists, therapists, counselors, or other licensed professionals unless they actually possess the relevant qualifications and authorization.
• They must not provide knowingly false, dangerous, unlawful, or intentionally misleading information.

Vistaraz may review, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for supporters or interns who fail to meet these standards.

6. User-to-User Interactions

Vistaraz facilitates interactions but does not control every communication or relationship formed through the platform.

Users are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when communicating with other individuals. You should not disclose passwords, financial details, identity documents, precise private addresses, or other sensitive personal information unless disclosure is necessary, lawful, and appropriate.

Any personal relationship, disagreement, dispute, misunderstanding, or conflict that develops between users, supporters, or support listener interns is primarily a matter between the individuals involved, subject to any mandatory legal obligations applicable to Vistaraz.

7. Guidance & Information Disclaimer

Information, suggestions, conversations, guidance, opinions, or responses provided through Vistaraz are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for your particular circumstances.

Vistaraz is not a substitute for qualified professional services where such services are required.

Users remain responsible for evaluating information received through the platform and for making their own decisions.

9. Privacy & Personal Information

Vistaraz may collect and process information necessary to operate accounts, provide platform functionality, maintain security, communicate with users, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Vistaraz's applicable Privacy Policy and relevant data-protection requirements.

Users should avoid voluntarily sharing unnecessary sensitive personal information in chats, profiles, or other public or semi-public areas of the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Vistaraz name, logo, branding, website design, interface, software, graphics, text, layouts, and other original platform materials are owned by or licensed to Vistaraz and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Vistaraz materials without prior authorization, except where such activity is permitted by applicable law.

11. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the conduct restrictions described above, users must not use Vistaraz to:

• Commit, promote, facilitate, or solicit unlawful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or platform infrastructure.
• Upload malicious software, harmful code, or deceptive content.
• Spam, scrape, overload, or interfere with platform operations.
• Misrepresent identity, qualifications, affiliation, or professional credentials.

12. Suspension & Termination

Vistaraz may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account where it reasonably believes that the user has violated these Terms, applicable law, platform safety requirements, or the rights of another person.

Serious misconduct, harassment, abuse, threats, impersonation, fraud, or behavior that creates a safety risk may result in immediate termination.

Termination does not automatically release a user from obligations that are intended to survive termination, including applicable provisions relating to liability, intellectual property, disputes, and lawful use.

13. Platform Availability

Vistaraz may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, security, technical, operational, business, or legal reasons.

Although reasonable efforts may be made to maintain availability, Vistaraz does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will always be free from technical errors, vulnerabilities, or interruptions.
