Use a simple first sentence.
You don't have to explain everything perfectly. Try saying:
"I don't feel safe being alone right now."
"I'm worried I might hurt myself."
"Can you stay with me while we get help?"
Clear escalation, not false reassurance.
In the production product, high-risk messages require trained review, region-appropriate urgent-resource guidance and qualified escalation pathways. Users under 18 require additional consent and safeguarding flows. No community post, AI response, student, intern or peer supporter should present itself as emergency or clinical care.
